This Privacy Policy in applicable to applications and services provided by ByteStone.

Scope
Bytestone ("us", "we" or "our") operate the following mobile applications ("the application") listed below:
Adventure Sudoku
This Privacy Policy applies to users of the application and informs the user of our policies and options available regarding the collection, use, disclosure and deletion of personal data when you use our applications and services.
By continuing to use the application and service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the possible collection, use and disclosure of your information as described herein, as well as waht is stated in the Privacy Policy of our integrated third party services, including Google AdMob.
Our Commitment to User Privacy
We believe that user privacy is important and shall be respected. It is therfor the intention of ByteStone to limit the amount of data collected about our users and be open and true in informing about the data collected, used, disclosed and retained by our applications and the third party service providers we use.
We also believe that the user data collected shall provide a true value to the function and development of the service or be required by the third party services we use.
Information Collection And Use
Our applications do not collect information of a personal nature such as user names, phone numbers, email addresses or similar. Neither do we collect any information about messages, contacts, applications or similar from your mobile device.
The application will collect information that allows user identification through your device such as IP, device identifier and similar in order to adapt the presentation of advertisements.
Data about the user preferences, statistics and game play may be collected and stored locally on your mobile device.
Privacy for children under the age of 13
The application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. ByteStone does not knowingly or intentionally collect any information from children.
If you believe that the application may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact ByteStone through the contact informtion given below and we will promptly assist in the deletion of that information.
Advertising
The application integrates with third-party advertising services that may collect and retain information about the user. The advertising service listed below may identify users or use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including behaviour and data collected outside this Application. Google AdMob
Google AdMob as an advertising service provided by Google Inc. This service is used by the application. By continuing the use of the application you concent to the Google AdMob Privacy Policy
Analytics
No data to support analytics is collected specifically by the application. Analytic data may be collected by the advertising services. For more information, please check the privacy policies of the relevant advertising service.
Information disclosure
ByteStone will assist in disclosing user information ar required by law or in response to a valid legal request or government investigation.
In the event of an organizational merger, acquisition or sale or the application or service, collected information may be transfered as part of the transaction.
Deletion of data
To delete any data collect by the application, delete the application from the mobile device or contact ByteStone for assistance in deleting any data we may have collected.

Data Security
ByteStone takes resonable measures to protect any information collected through our services and applications fomr unauthorized access, unintentional disclosure, accidental alteration and descruction. However, no method is 100%.
In order to keep data safe, we have made the decission to not collect or transmit any data outside of the device apart from what is handled by the advertising services.
We rely on the security measures implemented with our third-party service providers such as advertisments service, internet transmission services and the services of the modbile device.
If you are financially, politically or otherwise volunerable to accidental information disclosure from the use of our applications and services we recommend that you consider the possible implications of such an event before coninuing the use of the application and services.
We consider out users informed through this policy and it is ulimately the decission of the user to continue user of the application.

ByteStone may update the Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new Privacy Policy on this page.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
Any relevant changes to the privacy policy regarding the handling of user data will also be reflected in the application.
